I am Cate Grasta.  I have provided  care as a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for over twenty years.  I earned my degree from Rivier College in Nashua, NH.  I have worked in many different setting including a drug and alcohol detoxification and rehabilitation hospital for adolescents and adults; a free standing psychiatric hospital; emergency department; inpatient psychiatric units; partial hospital program; psychiatric liaison; and outpatient practice.

In 2009 I developed my own business.  For the past ten years I have specialized in diagnosing, treating and educating patients and families about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).  We explore how lives are significantly impacted by this brain disorder and how with education, healthy life style habits, the right form of support and medication lives greatly improve.

I work with all ages and treat all mental health issues.  I provide medication therapy yet medication is only part of the plan for becoming a happy productive participant in life.  Educating patients and families is essential for success in becoming healthy and happy.
